Q. My boiler has broken down and I want to arrange for a heateam engineer to call out. What should I do?

A. Call heateam on: 0800 121 4004 to book your repair. We are open Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 8.30am - 2pm. We are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Q. How quickly will you call out if my boiler needs a repair?

A. If you call before 3pm (Mon-Thur) and buy our Repair+1 year breakdown protection product, we'll guarantee to visit the next day.

Q. What is the Repair + 1 year breakdown protection option?

A. This repair option gives you not only the repair you need now, but also includes protection against any further repairs that may be required in the following 12 months. Terms & Conditions apply.

Q. What if I just want a straightforward repair?

A. We also offer a straightforward repair that doesn't include the protection against further repairs.

Q. How much do you charge for a repair or annual boiler service?

All repair prices are fixed before we call (so there are no nasty surprises!) and all quoted repair prices include parts, labour & VAT.

Our Repair + 1 year breakdown cover option also includes a year's boiler protection following the initial repair. So if anything else should need attention, we'll cover up to £1500 of further repairs in the next 12 months. Terms & Conditions apply.

Q. Can I pay for my repair by Direct Debit?

A. Yes. If you buy the Repair + 1 year breakdown protection option you can spread the cost over 10 monthly Direct Debit payments, completely interest-free.

Q. What if you can't repair my boiler?

A. If we call out on the Repair + 1 year breakdown protection option and find we can't repair your product, we'll give you a full refund.

Q. My gas boiler hasn't been serviced for a while. If it's still working OK, do I still need to arrange a service?

A. Yes, if it hasn't been serviced for a year or longer, your gas boiler needs a service. Annual services help ensure that your boiler is working safely and efficiently.

Q. Will I get a heateam engineer if my boiler breakdowns?

A. If you have a Baxi Group product, then yes, a heateam engineer will carry out any boiler repair / service work.

Q. Are heateam engineers CORGI registered?

A. The CORGI scheme has now been replaced by a scheme called Gas Safe. All heateam engineers are Gas Safe registered and are experts in Baxi Group appliances. They wear a heateam branded shirt and carry ID cards for your peace of mind.

Q. Do you have a heateam engineer in my area?

A. heateam has over 250 engineers across the UK. So, we are able to offer a national UK wide service.
